We offer premium minibus rental with professional English-speaking drivers for private transfers, events, and long-distance trips across Kraków, Zakopane, and the Małopolska region.

🕒 Hourly Rate

(perfect for local rides, weddings, and business events)

• 180 PLN / hour

• Minimum booking: 3 hours

• Time is counted from departure to return to our base.

• Included distance: up to 30 km per hour (extra distance charged separately).

📏 Per-Kilometer Rate

(recommended for long-distance and airport transfers)

• 4.00 PLN / km (round-trip calculation from our base)

• Minimum charge: 350 PLN (≈ 100 km)

⚙️ Additional Fees

• Stopovers over 15 minutes – 50 PLN / hour

• Night hours (22:00 – 06:00) – +30 % surcharge

• International trips – priced individually

• Parking, tolls, and road fees – covered by the client

4 × 180 PLN = 720 PLN

Airport transfer (100 km / 3 hours):
100 × 4.00 PLN = 400 PLN

Full-day trip (8 hours / 200 km):
8 × 180 PLN = 1440 PLN + (40 km × 4.00 PLN = 160 PLN) → 1600 PLN
